The Semikron SiC MOSFET WS features a 3-level 1200V planar Gen3 design with a 134 A current rating and includes a 1200V Generation 7 IGBT M7 for enhanced performance. It is simple to drive with a +15V gate voltage and offers optimized switching stability with module-integrated gate resistors. An integrated NTC temperature sensor ensures efficient thermal monitoring, and it is UL recognized under file no. E63532.
