The ON Semiconductor NCS21674DMG200R2G is a Current Sense amplifier offering gain of 200 V/V. These parts can measure voltage across shunts at common mode voltages from −0.1 V to 40 V, independent of supply voltage. This helps measuring of fast transients and allows the same type of part to be used for high side and low side current sensing. The device is available in Micro8 package, a dual channel version that makes current sensing in multiple points of a system both space and cost effective.
