SMT Transient Suppressors - EZJP Series
Panasonic EZJP varistors are constructed from advanced semiconductive ceramics and feature excellent ESD suppression. These multilayer varistors are bipolar (having no polarity) and can replace one capacitor and two zener diodes.
Ultra low capacitance
Large electrostatic resistance to IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 standard
Lead-free terminal electrodes ensure great solderability, but flow soldering must be avoided
