Part of the RS PRO range, this easy to use and economical trace heating kit protects your piping from the winter freeze. By stopping a build-up of ice inside pipes, it helps to avoid any damage, blockage and repair costs.

The kit comprises a self-regulating heating cable, which adjusts power output according to the temperature. That means it increases power output when temperatures fall, stopping water from freezing. The 100-metre cable offers a hands-off solution to prevent no-flow conditions in pipes thanks to its built-in temperature controls.

This trace heating kit can be used in domestic, industrial and commercial sectors for internal and external protection. The cable can be installed in unheated commercial areas as well as hazardous industrial zones to stop water from freezing inside pipework. A roll of fixing tape is included, to make installation easier.
