RS PRO Black Nitrile Rubber Tank Insulation, 2 m x 500 mm x 19 mm


If you need to insulate a tank to protect its contents against heat loss and freezing, choose this rubber tank insulation from RS PRO. It helps maintain a steady temperature to protect substances that are sensitive to changes in temperature. As it comes in a 2 m length, it's easy to cut down according to the specifications of your application.

The insulation is made of a nitrile rubber material that's chemical-resistant, making it a good choice for use in tanks containing oils, fuels and other harsh substances. Its low thermal conductive capacity provides excellent insulation. To minimise the risk of mould growth and water damage, it has a high water vapour permeability to prevent the accumulation of condensation.
