It has a superior reverse avalanche capability, a patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity, a patented Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) technology. It offers a soft and fast switching. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. The operating temperature range for this device is from -55°C to +150°C.

The maximum average rectified output current is 3 A It has peak repetitive reverse voltage rating of 100 V and peak forward surge current rating of 65 A It has a Forward voltage drop of 0.81 V
