The DiodesZetex makes Super Barrier Rectifier(SBR) that has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is a patented SBR technology provides super avalanche and it is 100% avalanche tested. The device has a ultra-low Forward voltage drop, better efficiency and cooler operation. The device offers a reduced high temperature reverse leakage; Increased reliability against thermal runaway failure in high temperature operation. The TO252 package of this rectifier is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. Its operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C.
