The RS PRO Rubber Sheet made from silicone sponge is ideal for applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. This rubber sheet is crafted from polydimethylsiloxane (PMDS) and features a closed cell structure, preventing water absorption and ensuring superior mechanical properties. It offers the benefits of solid silicone in a softer, more compliant form.

Wide operating temperature range: Suitable for environments from -73°C to 200°C

This rubber sheet is suitable for gasket and seal applications, expansion joints, thermal insulation, and padding and cushioning. It is particularly effective in outdoor environments, from arctic to desert conditions.

The sheet has a tensile strength of 0.6 MPa, water absorption of less than 5%, and a flammability rating of UL 94 HB. It features adhesive backing for easy installation and is available in a white colour with dimensions of 1000mm x 1000mm x 20mm.
