The RS PRO Rubber Sheet made from silicone sponge is ideal for applications in the medical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. This rubber sheet is crafted from polydimethylsiloxane (PMDS) and features a closed cell structure, providing excellent water sealing capabilities. Its superior mechanical properties make it a reliable choice for various demanding environments.

Wide operating temperature range: Suitable for environments from -73°C to 200°C

This silicone sponge rubber sheet is commonly used in gasket and seal applications, expansion joints, thermal insulation, and as padding and cushioning material. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme conditions from arctic to desert climates.

The rubber sheet has a tensile strength of 0.6 MPa and a water absorption rate of less than 5%. It is UL 94 HB rated for flammability and has an elongation of 145%. The sheet is white in colour, with a density of 0.25 g/cm³, and comes with adhesive backing for easy installation. It measures 1000 mm in length and width, with a thickness of 30 mm.
