The Rohde & Schwarz RTB1002 oscilloscope has a 10-bit A to D convertor that delivers a fourfold improvement compared to an 8-bit A to D converter. This increased resolution results in a sharper waveform with more signal details that would be otherwise missed, providing clearer, more precise waveforms for measurement and analysis. This oscilloscope has a 2-channel bundle including RTB-PK1.
