The Keysight Technologies an optional integrated dual-channel 20-MHz function/arbitrary waveform generator is available for the 6000 X-Series. The integrated generator can provide stimulus outputs of sine, square, ramp, pulse, DC, noise, sine, cardinal (sinc), exponential rise, exponential fall, cardiac, Gaussian pulse and arbitrary waveforms to your device under test. Signal modulation capability is also available.
