Load monitor BH 9097
The load monitor is suitable for monitoring electrical industrial drive systems with variable motor loads.
Features:
The BH 9097 load monitor monitors the actual power consumption of electrical loads
The device can be configured via DIP switches for negative load and overload monitoring or for overload monitoring with preliminary warning level
P1 and P2 settings are calibrated as absolute values; configuration via two rotary switches
Test / reset buttons for simple start-up
Switch state indicator via 2 LEDs
For motors up to 22 KW at 3 AC 400 V, without auxiliary voltage
Up to 40 A without external current transformer
Configurable start-up bridging, configurable response delay

Load monitor
Using the load monitor allows all machines that are driven by electric motors to be monitored securely. This load monitor can be used for early detection of damage to the bearings or gear, blockage or idling of the screw-conveyors or conveyor belts, as well as V-belt failures or filter blockages, in order to prevent more severe damage or machine failures.
The Telehaase load monitor does not require additional sensors or transducers. It can be used without a current transformer from 230 to 6930 W. Even when operating a frequency inverter, monitoring tasks are completed easily. With all load monitors, start-up bridging and a switching delay can be calibrated.
