This RS PRO compression latch is a reliable way to establish a high-pressure seal on doors and machinery. It's secure and quick to operate, preventing gaps from opening up around door seals.

Compression latches are used in situations where vibration may cause regular latches to fail. The RS PRO compression latch protects equipment from hazards such as moisture, dust and dirt. The stainless-steel construction makes it suitable for areas where hygiene, as well as corrosion-resistance and heat-resistance, are important.

The latch has an IP65 (dust-tight and water-tight) seal rating and the locked indicator gives you confidence that doors are properly closed. This fastening is suitable for attaching to panels with a maximum thickness of 20 mm. You'll find compression latches most frequently used on industrial machinery covers and electrical cabinets.
