The Avago ASMB-LTC1 is a series of sub miniature, tricolour LED devices in PLCC-4 package (2.1 x 2.1mm) designed for high resolution, full colour video display applications. The full black body enhances the display contrast ratio making it ideal for short distance viewing. The ASMB-LTC1 is compatible with reflow soldering process. For easy pick and place operation, the devices are shipped in tape and reel. Every reel is shipped from a single intensity and colour bin except red colour for better uniformity.
