The 026D series, from Nichia, are full colour LEDs. The devices contain a red, blue and green die which are lit separately.This allows the user to choose their desired colour or to create a white light output. Available in a variety of package sizes, the 026D LEDs are designed for standard indoor display applications such as office equipment, communications equipment, measurement instruments and household appliances. They are also suitable for outdoor commercial applications.
