Thanks to a wide insulation test range between 0.1 and 2000MΩ, it's a good bet for systems with both low and high levels of resistance. The backlit display is easy to read in all conditions, so you aren't left in the dark. For safety, this device automatically discharges capacitive voltages, helping to shield you against zaps.

The Fluke 1503 2G ohm electrical insulation tester is compact, rugged, reliable and easy to use. With its multiple test voltages, it is ideal for many troubleshooting, commissioning and preventative maintenance applications. The 1503 insulation tester comes with a remote probe due to which repetitive or hard-to-reach testing is made easy. Test leads, probes and alligator clips are also included. The testing voltage of this tester ranges between 500V and 1000V. This 1503 device is battery powered and has 4 AA battery type.
