Microchip MIC4423ZN Low Side Gate Driver 1, 3 A 8-Pin 18 V

The Microchip MOSFET driver is a higher output current version, improved from previous models. It is pin-compatible with its predecessors. The inverting driver has dual inverting output, the non-inverting driver has dual non-inverting output, and the hybrid model has both inverting and non-inverting output. This driver provides reliable service in more demanding electrical environments than its predecessors. It will not latch under any conditions within its power and voltage ratings and can survive up to 5V of noise spiking, of either polarity, on the ground pin. It can accept, without damage or logic upset, up to half an amp of reverse current (either polarity) forced back into its output.
