The Microchip Single-output MOSFET gate driver is a high-current buffer/gate driver capable of driving large MOSFETs and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). With a high drive current of over 12A, it can drive some of the largest power transistors in use today. The driver has matched leading and falling-edge propagation delay times and very low cross-conduction current, minimizing overall power dissipation. It will not latch up under any conditions within its power and voltage ratings.
