From RS PRO, this waterproof metal RJ45 series is ideal for applications in challenging environments. Sealed to IP68 and designed to fit panel cut outs of 20.75mm the plastic RJ45 series also comes with rear potting on all the panel mount connectors. This ensures your panel is still sealed to an IP68 rating even when the connector is unmated, and the sealing cap is not connected. These connectors are also shielded, and so suitable for use in environments where EMI interference might be a concern and can be used with Cat6 ethernet cable. Pre wired and field installable cable connectors complete the range and allow for a waterproof connection to the RJ45 panel mount connectors and allow for easy integration into any system.
