It operates with a simple SPI compatible Interface up to 20 MHz and ensures dependable performance even at extended temperatures reaching 105 °C. With robust endurance and efficient architecture, it is well suited for applications requiring secure and long‑term data storage in harsh conditions.

Memory array capacity of 64 Kbit equal to 8 Kbytes

Page size of 32 bytes with an additional write lockable identification page

Write protection available by Block in one quarter one half or whole memory

Extended operating temperature range up to 105 °C with supply voltage from 1.7 V to 5.5 V

High speed clock frequency of 20 MHz for supply voltage above or equal to 4.5 V 10 MHz for supply voltage above or equal to 2.5 V and 5 MHz for supply voltage above or equal to 1.7 V
