It operates with a simple I2C compatible Interface up to 1 MHz and ensures reliable data storage even at extended temperatures up to 105 °C. With Advanced endurance and long-term data retention, it is well suited for safety-critical and harsh applications requiring secure memory solutions.

Page size of 64 bytes with an additional write lockable identification page
Extended operating temperature range from minus 40 °C to 105 °C and supply voltage range from 1.7 V to 5.5 V

Write cycle endurance of 4 million at 25 °C 1.2 million at 85 °C and 900000 at 105 °C
