Alpha Wire, 0.56mm², Screened Polyvinyl Chloride Sheath

Each core comprises multiple fine strands of tin-plated copper configured as 20 AWG (7/28) to balance flexibility with electrical performance.

An aluminium/Mylar foil with a tinned-copper drain wire provides overall screening to reduce external electromagnetic disturbance and simplify termination to earth.

Individual cores are insulated with nominal PVC and the outer jacket is a polyurethane-specified construction that provides mechanical protection and sunlight resistance.

Nominal capacitance and inductance values are provided for engineering calculations, and conductor DCR and overall shield DCR allow accurate resistance estimates for lengths.

Follow a minimum bend radius of 10x cable diameter and keep pull tension below the specified maximum to avoid mechanical damage.
