Schneider Electric TeSys Contactor, 3 Pole, 24V DC Coil Voltage - LP4K Series - LP4K1201BW3

This contactor from Schneider Electric provides an efficient solution for the switching and protection of motors and electrical loads. The DC (direct current) device has low voltage consumption for improved electrical efficiency and built-in auxiliary contacts for additional switching capacity. Its excellent insulation resistance means the unit can be used in areas that experience high mains-supply electrical interference. This innovative contactor combines reliability and safety with a plug-and-play build that makes it user-friendly and versatile.

Features & Benefits

• Suitable for panel or DIN rail mounting to fit in with your setup

• Flexible control circuit to suit a wide range of applications

• Can be used in areas that are sensitive to noise

• High mechanical robustness that's resistant to shock and vibration

Applications

• Generators

• Oil and gas industry

• Packaging and conveying

• Water and waste management services

Where is a contactor typically used?

A contactor features high coil voltages and is designed to switch more than 10A. It's typically connected to high current-load devices and systems that are frequently switched on and off. Examples of this include lighting systems and starter motors.

The LPK4 lower power contactors can only be used with the 2 pole auxiliaries they will not work with the 4 pole auxiliaries.
