3M XL-UW silicon carbide grinding wheels


Scotch-Brite™ compressed finishing discs with silicon carbide grit for staging and polishing on all metals (including stainless steel and special steels). Scotch-Brite™ EXL Unitized Wheels feature a soft, conformable consistency that effectively smooths, deburrs and finishes the edges of metal alloys, as well as many plastics and composites. There are a variety of densities and grades starting from a very soft 2 density for applications requiring conformability to a hard, aggressive 8 density for maximum cut and durability.

• 154-249 is a 25mm grinding wheel with very fine grade and 5mm bore size

• 154-457 is a 75mm grinding wheel with very fine grade and 6mm bore size

• 154-463 is a 150mm grinding wheel with very fine grade and 13mm bore size
