Curtis LED Battery Meter
The Curtis 12VDC LED battery meter is an inexpensive, 1-piece, easy to install battery fuel gauge. Completely in solid-state, it provides a reliable, accurate, and easy to read display of battery state-of-charge. It has two reset methods Open Circuit Reset (OCR) upon reconnection to the battery when cell voltage =2.09V and High Voltage Reset (HVR)when unit measures 2.35V/cell for 6 continuous minutes. The model 906 is available in 6-panel mount packages and a printed circuit board mounted module for custom dash panel applications.

10-bar LED displays the state-of-charge successively
70% depth of discharge, a flashing LED signals an ’energy reserve’ alert
80%, alternately flashing LEDs provides an ’empty’ status warning
Key switch activated LED display (state-of-charge is monitored as long as 906 is connected to the battery)
Memory allows the gauge to recall state-of-charge whenever the battery is disconnected
Model 906 is compact and easily installed in panel cut-outs as small as 36.8mm x 24.1mm, with as little as 35mm behind panel clearance needed, see dimensions of various case styles
Principal circuits are integrated into a single chip for long-life reliability
Recognizes improperly charged battery
