The Microchip Micro power voltage detectors are voltage-sensing devices designed to hold a microcontroller in reset mode until the system voltage stabilizes at a level suitable for reliable operation, and also serve as protection against brown-out conditions when the supply voltage falls below the defined threshold level, with eight different trip voltage options available.
