MC7812 Linear Voltage Regulator, ON Semiconductor


The 7812 linear voltage regulator by ON Semiconductor is intended for fixed voltage regulation. The 7812 series regulator IC has current outputs more than 1A. There is no need for external components although it is possible to adjust the voltage and current with external devices. ON Semiconductor positive linear regulators cover a wide range of functions and tend to be used in the electronic industry. Applications include local on-card regulation, power supplies and power distribution systems.
