Datasheet - BD70H31G-CTR

The ROHM supervisory IC with N channel open drain output type and 3.06V release voltage. It is highly accurate, with ultralow current consumption feature that uses CMOS process. The line-up includes N-channel open drain output and CMOS output so that the users can select depending on the application. Because there is no hysteresis, the release voltage is set to same Value of detection voltage.
