The ON Semiconductor 100mA CMOS LDO regulator has an quiescent current of only 1μA makes this device ideal solution for battery-powered, always-on systems. Several fixed output voltage versions are available as well as the adjustable version.

Operating input voltage range from 2.7V to 18V

Adjustable output voltage rating from 1.2V to 17V

Capable of sourcing 140mA peak output current

Low shutdown current rating is 100nA type

Built-in soft start circuit to suppress inrush current
