ROHM BA30DD0T, 1 Low Dropout Voltage, Voltage Regulator 2A, 3 V 3-Pin, TO-220FP

The ROHM BA30DD0T series, TO-220FP-3 package low saturation 3-Pin, 3V LDO regulator is a new age device with an output current of 2A. It has a wide output voltage range and package lineup with and without shutdown switches. It has input power supply voltage of 25V maximum.
