The ROHM TO220FP-3 package 3-pin LDO regulator is a new age device with an output voltage rating of 6V and current rating of 1A. It has an input voltage supply rating of 16V maximum.
Features and Benefits
• Accuracy is ± 2%
• Built-in overcurrent protection circuit
• Built-in thermal shutdown circuit
• Dropout voltage at maximum current is 500mV
• Integrated shutdown switch (BAxxBC0WT, BAxxBC0WT-5, or BAxxBC0WFP Series, BA00BC0WCP-V5)
• Low saturation voltage type with PNP output
• Operating temperature ranges between -40°C and 105°C
