The Microchip High-current high-accuracy low-dropout voltage regulators using Micrel proprietary Super Beta PNP process with a PNP pass element. They feature typical dropout voltages from 350 mV to 425 mV at full load and offer very low ground current. Ideal for high-current loads and low-current systems where ultra-low dropout voltage and ground current are critical.
