The Microchip 300 mA low dropout regulator stable with ceramic output capacitors and supports low output voltage with shutdown and power good functions in fixed output versions. Part of the LDO family including 500 mA MCP1825, 1A MCP1826, and 1.5A MCP1827. Available in power capable SOT223-5 and compact SOT23-5 packages.
