The MPS International Ltd Step up Converter is a monolithic step up converter integrating a 0.5A, 0.6O internal switch. Its uses current mode, fixed frequency architecture to regulate the output voltage, providing fast transient response and cycle by cycle current limit. Its includes under voltage lockout, over voltage protection and thermal overload protection preventing damage in the event of an output overload.
