The Nisshinbo Micro Devices Voltage Regulator comes with a built in low ON resistance transistor and output current is 1A capability. These ICs are capable of the low input voltage (Min.1.6V) and also the minimum output voltage can be set from 0.8V. Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor net for setting output voltage etc.
