This RS PRO drill vice is ideal for using to clamp a work-piece before drilling or machining occurs. The work-piece is clamped securely in between the large capacity parallel jaw of the vice, to ensure even the most difficult drilling jobs can be carried successfully without any movement when the drill bit touches the surface of the work-piece.

The RS PRO drill press vice frame and movable parts are made from special cast iron, with the jaws made from hardened alloy steel. The jaws have been hardened and grounded and there is a hardened prism jaw which can be used to clamp round bar horizontally and vertically.
