The USB2642 is a USB 2.0 compliant, hi-speed huband card reader combo solution. This fully-integrated, single chip solution provides USB expansion and flash media reader/writer integration. The Microchip USB2642 provides an ultra fast interface between a USB host and today’s popular flash media formats. The USB2642 offers a versatile, cost-effective and energy-efficient hub controller with 2 downstream USB 2.0 ports and a flash media interface.
