This device is assembled in UDFN2510-10 and U-DFN2510-10 (Type CJ) packages and has high ESD surge capability, low ESD clamping voltage and ultra-low capacitance. The device package is completely Lead, halogen, and Antimony free. The operating temperature of this device is -55°C to 150°C.
