RS PRO SPDT Toggle Switch, Latching, Panel Mounting

Use a single input to control two separate circuits with this RS PRO SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch. This type of device is commonly used to control industrial machines, motors and relays. To ensure reliable connections, this switch has high-quality brass contacts. The terminals are also epoxy-sealed to prevent contamination during soldering, ensuring that the solder won't break.

To prevent accidental operation, the toggle on this switch locks into the selected position when actuated. The casing is made of diallyl phthalate (DAP), which complies with the Underwriters' Laboratories UL-94-V0 safety standard. In the event of a fire, this means that it won't burn for more than 50 seconds. You can count on a lengthy service life thanks to its mechanical life of 30,000 cycles.
