The Vishay TNPV series consists of high voltage thin film flat chip resistors. The resistor value is 820 kΩ and tolerance is ±0.1%. These SMD resistors are constructed from a high quality ceramic with a metal glaze. With pure tin plated solder contacts, you can use soldering processes that either contain lead or are lead-free.
Wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C
High operating voltage Umax. up to 1000 V
