The Vishay Surface Mount Power Resistor features molded mechanical protection and a thick film resistive element on an alumina substrate. It uses tinned copper connections and operates within a wide temperature range of -55 °C to +175 °C. The resistor comes in a standard TO-263 style (D2PAK) package, making it suitable for high-power surface mount applications.
