1-Form-B Enhanced Isolation OptoMOS Relay, PLA


The PLA171 uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to offer a high 5000 Vrms input-to-output isolation. It features a unique design with 7mm of space between the input and output pins. It is single pole with normally closed (1-Form-B) contacts.

These units use the well-known OptoMOS architecture where the optically coupled outputs are controlled by highly efficient GaAlAs infrared LED’s.
