This sensor actuator cable provides a rugged connection between M8-equipped sensors and devices with open leads in industrial automation environments. Designed for use where chemical exposure and variable temperatures occur, it links sensors or actuators to control equipment while maintaining ingress protection suitable for harsh conditions.

One end has a straight A-coded M8 female 4-pin connector with screw locking and the other end terminates in flying leads for direct termination.

The cable supports flexible operation from −5°C to +80°C and stationary installation from −30°C to +80°C with the connector head rated to −25°C to +85°C.

What mechanical endurance can be expected from repeated movement?


The cable is specified for 5,000,000 bending cycles and requires a bending radius greater than 10x the cable diameter for flexible use.

What materials are used in the connector and seals?


The connector housing is TPU with a nickel-plated zinc locking nut and FKM sealing elements to provide chemical resistance.

Are there installation torque and conductor size details?


The connector tightening torque is 0.4 Nm and conductors are 0.25mm² cross-section in a 4.8mm overall cable diameter.
