RS PRO Thermocouple Spade Lug for Use with Type K Thermocouple, RoHS Standard

Thermocouple spade lugs are easy-to-attach electrical connections that help improve the accuracy of a thermocouple circuit. The RS PRO crimp-on spade lug is designed to be used with Type K thermocouple connectors and wires of up to 18 AWG (American Wire Gauge).

With a positive contact made from nickel-chromium and a negative contact made from nickel alloy, this connector matches the metals comprising Type K thermocouples. It also has code letters on each termination to ensure correct use. The spade lugs are sold in pairs with end caps. They're stackable to a maximum of five and are suitable for wire sizes 0.2 mm² to 0.65 mm².

Thermocouple spade lugs attach to the end of thermocouple leads or extension cable. These are colour coded green in accordance with IEC-584 (International Electrotechnical Commission), making it easy to identify and match to other green Type K thermocouple components.
