SKF's CARB® toroidal roller bearing is an innovative choice. It combines design features from several conventional bearing types with a robust build quality to promote high performance, reliability and significantly longer service life. The bearing can handle misalignment and axial displacement without creating internal axial loads, and there's virtually no increase in friction. This removes the need to compromise between a firm fit and axial freedom, meaning tight fits can be used to eliminate 'creep' (or slippage), as well as wear and tear between surfaces.
