This hardwearing patch panel from Phoenix Contact serves as an extension for RJ45 ports in field and control cabling set-ups. It has two ports and is grounded at both ends to eliminate hum and noise in the circuit.
This panel has an Ethernet interface and is compatible with Cat-5e cables for speedy transmission rates of between 10Mbps (megabits per second) and 1000Mbps. It is also PoE (power over Ethernet) compatible, so you can use it to transmit both electrical and data signals.
Compact dimensions (90mm high) mean you can use this panel in applications where space management is essential. With current consumption of less than 1A, it's also energy efficient. It has been extensively tested and has an MTBF (mean time between failures) rate of 6702, which means you can depend on it for consistent performance and a long service life.
