Honeywell SSC Series Gauge Pressure Sensor, 0 to 100mbar Measurement Range, ±0.25% Accuracy - SSCDRRV100MGAA5

This gauge pressure sensor measures low positive pressures and converts them into an electrical output suitable for instrumentation and control systems.
