The ROHM high side switch is a 2ch high side switch for automotive application. It has a built in hiccup mode overcurrent protection function, thermal shutdown protection function, open load detection function, under voltage lockout function. It is equipped with diagnostic output function for abnormality detection.
AEC-Q100 qualified
Built-in open load detection function
