The Infineon N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. It is used in providing embedded protective functions. It is used in variety of applications μC compatible power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12 V and 24 V DC grounded loads, with all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and it replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.

Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled reactivation
Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent latch
Undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components
Open Load in ON and OFF state and short circuit to ground and battery
