The Infineon makes this high side power switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. It has a very low standby current CMOS Compatible input, improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), fast demagnetization of inductive loads. It has a stable behaviour at under voltage, wide operating voltage range and logic ground independent from load ground.
